Double Shot, our beloved coffee stout, has been refined time and time again to achieve a beer that is as robust in Its base as it is a worthy purveyor of fresh & distinctive coffee.
For this rendition, we add heaps of hand processed Vanilla Beans to add a luxurious layer of vanilla cream character to the overall chocolatey notes of the base beer. What a treat! Please keep this can cold and enjoy it fresh in your most cherished company!

Black colour, almost no head. Sweet coffee aroma, vanilla. Sweet flavour, the coffee is lightly earthy, some chocolate, praline, vanilla; good but not the richest pastry stout.

500ml bottle (thx, Mathieu P.!) at Alex's shared with Ash and Jamey. Appearance: dark brown with a brown head. Aroma: vanilla, coffee, chocolate. Taste: similar, very silky. Overall: very nice.

500ml bottle from a trade. Sweet, creamy and roasty with loads of milky lactic notes, coffee, vanilla and sticky syrupy notes. Quite well balanced, but in the end it's just another milk stout from Tree House.

(Thanks, John jcwattsrugger) Bottle. A- Bell peppers, roasty, coffee grounds. A- Black color, black liquid, minimal head. T- Vanilla, espresso, fudge. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- The aroma is pretty mediocre but the flavor has loads of vanilla. The vanilla almost overpowers the already strong earthy coffee. Good stuff but still not wowed.

Bottle. Black color with beige head. Aroma is espresso, a touch vanilla just, very old school roast and a bit liquorice. Taste is espresso, vanilla beans, roasty. Silky mouthfeel with foamy carbonation.

At a bottleshare: pours black with a beige head. Aroma is freshly brewed coffee, vanilla, chocolate. Taste is sweet, loads of coffee, nice touch of vanilla. Quite good.

Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo share. Pours a deep brown to black with a finger of beige head that dissipates. Big cacao nib and espresso forward nose with vanilla bean sweetness as it warms. Smooth and rich on the palate with a slightly slick mouthfeel. More espresso, cacao nib and cold brew coffee. Vanilla sweetness on the finish.
