@ BXL Beerfest. Copper colour, no foam, syrupy texture. Lots of sweet apples, apple compote, some spices. Sweet and full of taste.

Bottle shared at a tasting at troubles' place. Amber-red. Apple, pie, cookie, caramel, liqueur, slick, rounded. Really good.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear dark amber, small offwhite head. Lovely apple, fermented apple aroma, some apple pie and mushroom. Oily, warming. Flavour has apples, a little mushroom, apple pie and a light balancing acidic touch. Finishes with a little more earthy mushroom. Great.

Bottle, 11%. Clear amber with no head. Aroma is apples, rich, spices and toasted. Flavour is apples, sweet, rich, toasted, apple juice, cinnamon and warming.

Dark yellow colour. Heavy apple aroma. Heavy sweet and dry apple flavor. Long fantastic finish. Creamy palate. Fattastic.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. No head. Color is deep amber. Aroma and taste are intense apples, sugar, little caramel, little tart, wood, little dry and has a long intense sweet apple flavor.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear amber red without head. Aroma is really intense sweet apples, red apples and caramelized apples. Flavor is very sweet. Sweet and slightly acidic finish with a little warming alcohol. Oily and soft. 110120

ABV: 11.0%. Clear medium to light amber orange colour with virually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, rich apple, stewed apple, caramelized apple, oak, concentrated apples, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, apple, rich apples, concentrated apples, tart apples, stewed apple, caramelized apple. Body is medium, texture is watery - syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. Nice *

375mL bottle, courtesy of fonefan (thanks Jan!), pours a clear bronze. Aroma brings out rich toffee, caramel, treacle and stewed apples. Flavour is loaded with treacle toffee, caramel, and brown sugar. Lots of stewed apples and treacle. Lovely.
