2016 bottle recommended and shared by the barkeeper at Holm Cider. Golden color with no head. Aroma is walnuts, blue cheese, concentrated apples, incredible complexity there, yet it is all so subtle and takes a while to open up. Taste is walnuts, concentrated apples, sweet, but not too sweet, with not much acidity there, but it stays very elegant and balanced. Warming finish, oily mouthfeel, flat. This is really amazing stuff, so different and complex. It made Brännlands 35 Brix look like simple gummybear juice next to it.
