I think this is it. Voll Berliner Weisse aged in rum barrels for 9 months, but the rum presence doesn't overwhelm anything. Pleasant rum notes that accentuate the Berliner yeast. The sourness is held slightly in check by the barrel and the age (2018).

2018 bottle. Hazy golden. Aroma is strong booze flavor on top of a Berliner Weisse, Rum barrel and booze, wheat, fruits, bretts. Taste is the same. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good stuff, I like the combo.

Rumfass Weiße 2018 - super smooth. Soft. Some wood notes. Medium lactic, quite strong sour aftertaste. Subtle vanilla notes. Lovely Weisse.
