A collaboration brewed with our pals at Lacada Brewery. A sour IPA brewed at each brewery using the same recipe. We dry hopped ours with Vic secret and Ella - they dry hopped theirs with Simcoe Citra. Big flavours of passionfruit to the fore.

[ As Beer Hut / Lacada Surface Noise ].
ABV: 6.2%. Hazy - murky matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, sour, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, sour, tropical fruit, citrus, wheat, fruity malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210214]

Can from Appellation Wines. Cheers Ash! Press hazy pale yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of green apples sourz, orange and lemon. Taste is chalky, mineral, pithy and light sour. Tangy finish.

Can from Appellation Wines. Re the description re different batches having different dry hops, this one is Vic Secret / Ella @ 16g / litre. Appearance - cloudy yellow to orange. Slightly off white head. Nose - funky, earthy and citrus. Taste - lemon and orange, particularly pith end of the citrus spectrum. Funky and dank. Apple skin. Palate - light bodied.Dry, tangy and funky through middle and finish. Fairly persistent. Overall - good stuff.
