Head gone in seconds over muddy ochre-ish red beer. Sourish nose, red/pink fruit, fresh, young shoots. Very sour, lactic acid onslaught. Unripe berries as raspberries or billberries. Very serious acidbite, acidthinning, dry-out effect, burning feel. Seriously, this is too sour. I wonder where they put the "pastry"?

Can at home. Pours deep red, nose is cherry, cinnamon, cream, funk, taste is juicy cherry, almond, spiced, tart.
