Another collab with our friends at Apex Brewing Co. Hazy, soft, hoppy as hell. We used mainly Australian Galaxy in the dry hopping with some US Eukanot, Chinook and Columbus.

Canned. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some nectary and mild wooden notes with some herbal tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, somewhat bitter with mild earthy elements too.

[ As Stockholm / Apex Predator - Hazy IPA ].
ABV: 7.0%. Cloudy - hazy medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, oat, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, smoke - ash, ripe tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, wheat - oat, ripe tropical fruit, ripe fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210523]

Orange och grumlig med stort, tjockt skum. Väldigt fruktig och lättdrucken med med humlebränna på slutet som ger det hela lite extra sting. Riktigt god.
