Bottled (thanks Nicke!). Black colour with a small brown head. Aroma is sweet malts, some whiskey, vanilla and mild dried fruity tones. Flavour is dried fruits, some whiskey and a bit alcohol along with some plum and sweet malts. Good for the sweet tooth, I think this one will age nicely.

[ As Kahakka Barrel Aged Baltic Porter ].
ABV: 8.5%. Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, bourbon, barrel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, barrel, bourbon, dark malt, sweet malt, roasted - toasted, light licorice - laber larver. Body is medium, texture is oily and sticky, carbonation is soft. [20210311]

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Near black, small beige head. Aroma of pears, licorice and bourbon. Mid sweet with near full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Chocolate and licorice backed by vanilla and bourbon. Mildly warming. Complex and rich.

Opaque colour, small steady brownish-beige head. Aroma is toasted and has some toffee, vanilla and bourbon. Medium-bodied. Bourbon vanilla sweetness in the flavour, some alcohol, licorice. Nice easy to drink BA.
