Can to becher pint glass.
Appearance: yellow transparent color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated mildly to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet grains, some clean grassy hoppiness, light malts
Flavor: semi-sweet, biscuity and slight sweet grass or straw; mild aftertaste of biscuits, grains and grass
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, finishes semi-smooth and crisp
Overall: I guess there was an ale yeast used in this but man oh man, did this look, smell and taste like a clean lager or what! No worries, it was brewed well enough to come back to.

Pours deep gold into a shaker. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes to coat surface. Bread and hay aromas. Crisp with earthy multigrain and hay upfront turning to mild earth in the lasting finish.
