A cloudy, fruity sour ale brewed with raspberry puree. There’s a creamy sweetness to it too. It’s not possible just to have one glass of this ale! We’ve given the Berliner Weisse a Rascals twist and created a smooth, easy-to-drink beer with a huge flavor.

Malt: Lager Malt, Wheat Malt, Naked Oats, Acid Malt
Hops: Hallartau Tradition
Yeast: Imperial Joystick
Other: Lactose, Lactobacillus, Raspberry puree

Can at the 2nd test tasting, H'zmere, 16/07/20 by way of an online peddler. Lightly hazed murked up pink with a faded crimson cap. Nose carries notes of tangy berries, lactic nostril tease, raspberry jam, damp straw, grass. Taste comprises raspberry milk sherbets, sweet malt tones, lactic pinch, berry pips. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad.

Can shared at Colin's lockdown tasting. A light hazed peach pink coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is raspberry, yogurt, milky,. Flavour is composed of woody raspberry berries, yogurt funk, red grape,. Paalte is semi sweet, highish carbonation.. Fun.
