Our Gose is an unfiltered wheat beer made with malted wheat. This creates a unique cloudy yellow colour and provides a refreshing crispness and twang. Our Gose has a low hop bitterness and features coriander and Himalayan salt, adding hints of complimentary dryness, spice and a touch of sharpness to the beer.

Tap at Brasserie V. Really light bodied, thin. Not a lot going on. Pleasant flavors, but sort of insipid at the end of the day. Watery Gose.

Sampled from the tap at Navigator Taproom. Pours a clear near clear pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy wheat and tart fruits with a touch of hay underlying. Flavor has light tart fruits with slightly earthy wheat and a bit of corriander underlying.

Cleanly made, fruity, medium body & cloudy. Very low on the tartness scale. But is an enjoyable summer beer.

Can. Just hazy pale gold with a modest white head. Aroma of mildly fruit-funky wheat, lemon, brine. Light bodied, soft texture with lowish carboation. Wheat crackers, a little hint of paper, dryish minerally finish is gently salty. It's refreshing. Pleasant enough - at least it's not an fruity energy drink.

Canned from Village Beer Merchant. Pale yellow greenish. Citrus hay, sour, citric acid. Fairly salty, brine. Perhaps bit of dried coriander. Dry sourish finish. Ok drinkable.
