Our Gose is an unfiltered wheat beer made with malted wheat. This creates a unique cloudy yellow colour and provides a refreshing crispness and twang. Our Gose has a low hop bitterness and features coriander and Himalayan salt, adding hints of complimentary dryness, spice and a touch of sharpness to the beer.

473mL can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose brings out lots of coriander and salt upfront, with a touch of citrus. Flavour is citric, with subdued coriander, light salt, and citrus. Not much lacto and lacking any real depth. Decent.

Can, Legacy. Golden colour, not much head. Light lactic acid nose, definitely some salt in there. Mellow tartness, quite lactic, touch of salt and maybe a mild wheaty or fruity character. Staple gose.

473ml can. Pours a hazy straw colour with yeast particles that sink to the bottom and a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Mild, sweet aroma of wheat malt, lemon, salt and faint coriander. Sweet flavour of wheat malt, lemon, brine and a hint of coriander with a dry, sour, lacto finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing and easy drinking.

Can drunk 8/18/17.
Mostly clear, straw-golden. White head recedes quickly to ring.
Smells...cidery. Lots of lactic character, but yet with some spicy coriander in there as well. Kind of like a gose-berliner hybrid with tons of biscuity wheat on the finish. No alcohol or flaw.
More chewy, bisuity-wheat texture with low acidity and low but engaging carbonation. Salinity is quite low and the lactic character is pronounced but soaked up on the end by the wheat/malt. Pepper and coriander sit daintily on the end as the beer finishes surprisingly soft with traces of honey.

Collective Arts Prophets & Nomads Gose 4.5% Cloudy pale gold with a filmy white head. Wheat biscuits, salt and just the barest hint of coriander in the aroma. Light bodied and dry with a lactic sour flavor featuring wheat, salt and minimal spice. It is a nice standard Gose. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
