Our Gose is an unfiltered wheat beer made with malted wheat. This creates a unique cloudy yellow colour and provides a refreshing crispness and twang. Our Gose has a low hop bitterness and features coriander and Himalayan salt, adding hints of complimentary dryness, spice and a touch of sharpness to the beer.

16 oz. can sent by CA for review. First impression as I pour it is of Gatorade. Then a definite saltwater tang in the nose, and a reminder of hot Cream of Wheat. There's a fluffy head over a hazy yellow beer. Taste is a zesty tartness. Not as much salt to the taste as I caught in the nose. But the combination leads to some involuntary puckering.

16 oz. can from 7 Eleven Kittery, ME. Aroma is sour wheat, sea salt, lemon juice. Carbonation is proper. Base is tart wheat with tart lemon and a very mellow salinity. Salt, acidity, and sour wheat is at a real nice balance. Text book in the style. Maybe not as tart as some may want but... Perfect for me.

Lighter clear blonde with a white head that settles to a sheet. I think I can actually smell that salt, but light malt, and a little organic. And I can tell why I smelt it, wow they don’t pull the punches on the salt. Most I’ve had in a gose, I’d say. It works, but a little, punchy. A little corriander and a light malt. I like it, but, just.

Pours a slight hazy, light yellow colour with a huge foamy white head, dissipating quickly, leaving some foamy traces of lace. Spicy nose with some grape, gooseberry aromas. Light sour taste with the fruity notes, mostly lemon. The salt is very light to balance out the sourness. A little tart. Quite nice overall... for those who understand a Gose.

Can: Poured a slight hazy bright yellow color ale with a huge white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes and coriander is delicate but enticing. Taste is a mix of light tart notes with some light salty notes with some coriander notes also noticeable. Body is about average with good carbonation. Refreshing with just the right amount of complexity.

A golden gose with a thin white head. In aroma, light lemony gose with light mineral notes, light sulfur notes, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light lemon notes, lactic acid, Epsom salts, nice and smooth. On tap at Ottawa winter brewfest 2017.
