Using all German malt and hops (Ariana) this beer is a mixed fermentation take on the table beer style. Light, dry, mildly tart and refreshing using our Brett Saison yeast blend this beer kicks off mild funky aromatics. A sessionable mixed ferm beer.

Can from beerclub. Pale yellow with a minimal head. Aroma of fermented wheat. Flavour is lemon wheat, dry grains, tastes a bit like a berliner weisse. Tart lemon salt finish.
