Diversion was initially brewed as a traditional lager. When the lagering process was complete we added our now house blend of Brettanomyces and lactobacillus strains to completely divert the beer to mild citrus tartness and a dry finish.

Can from beerclub. Hazy gold with a thin head. Aroma of lots of citrus. Flavour is salty lemon, malt and yeast, sugar citrus based, boozy fruit finish.
