We took a Maris Otter base, with a little bit of Vienna malt too, and a load of wheat and oats for a nice hazy appearance. We’ve dry hopped it with Galaxy and Enigma and then went back and hopped it again with Galaxy hops only, just to double down on those fruity flavours and aromas. Galaxy is an Australian hop renowned for its distinct passion fruit and citrus characteristics. Vermont yeast complements the overall flavours and gives a wonderfully smooth mouthfeel.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Cloudy straw colour, small head. Mild aroma of guava and papaya. Mid sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Guava, tangerine and chalk. Mid finish.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some oaty and mild tropical fruits too. Flavour is floral, oaty, fruity, some mild nectar and some wooden tones. A bit earthy towards the finish.

ABV: 5.0%. Murky medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, fruity malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, herbs, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, minerals, floral, citrus - grapefruit, fruity hops, wheat, hops bitter, medium dry, pineapple touch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230122]

Draught at Legal Eagle. Cloudy orange with a short full head. Aroma is a bucket of fruit, flavour a bitter bucket of fruit. Dry tangy finish.
