A crisp, black lager which has been created using dry hops and a touch of New Zealand Pacifica hops in the Whirlpool. Very refreshing with plenty of flavour!

Can at home, from Yards & Crafts online, 03/03/22. Extremely dark mahogany brown verging on light black and topped with a good sized khaki head that clears to a swirl in time. Nose is toffee, light roast, raisins, dried fruit esters, brown bread, dusty hops, dark malts. Taste comprises mellow roast, liquorice, dark malts, light pine nip, tropical fruit back notes, ashen tones, light charr, fruit slice. Medium bodied, fine massaging carbonation, semi drying close with a good spike of nuanced hop bitterness. Solid for this random sub genre ... certainly has a CDA meets logger vibe about it.
