Pours orangy yellow, hazy. Smells apricotty, some funk. Nice sourness, but very soft and gentle. Lots of juicy apricot, with some soft, dry vinous notes.

(750ml blend 1 bottle shared @ Nische's tasting, c/o me) Pours very hazy gold with a big white head. Notes of fresh tart juicy apricot first and foremost, framed by apricot skin, white wine, touches of candy sweetness, lactic yoghurt body, light flinty grain body, mineral crispness, hint of herbal hops. Sweet-tart up front, finishing drier but still quite high in apricot-driven tartness. Medium-bodied with high fizzy carbonation that was best swirled out a bit. Juicy fresh apricots are definitely the star quality here, the base saison is competent but the fruit is elevating.

Bottle, many thanks Nische! Murky yellow-orangeish color with white head. Aroma is apricot jelly, fizzycandy, white wine. Taste is fluffy apricot skin, Brausetablette, vineous, some spelt. Fizzy carbonation. Not really for me.
