10-04-21 // RB-tasting. Taster. Kveik definitely present. Not your typical double ipa. wheat malts and esters. Too less hops for a dipa. Strange.

33cl bottle. A slightly hazy golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of yeast, pale malt, yellow fruits. Taste of strong yellow golden fruits, yeast, ripe banana, phenols.

Süffiger, intensiv hopfiger Beginn. Spritzig trotz des Alkoholgehalts, würzig, eher trocken. Süffig, moderat bitter, langer Abgang, Tannenzapfen, leicht grasig. Gut. 9/10/11/10/11/11

opalescent golden colour, medium sized creamy white head; aroma of green tea, dill, green herbal, grassy, pineapple and grapefruity notes; taste of a greatly balanced bittersweet DIPA with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; good one!
