If you’ve tasted our first Oatcream Kveik IPA Rainbow Road, you can probably understand why we immediately fell in love to brew with this crazy hot- & fast-fermenting norwegian yeast. So we had to brew another one, this time as a Double IPA. Brewed again with a big amount of oats and dry hopped with a huge hop bill of fresh Galaxy, Azacca and German Huell Melon Nectar. Finished off with a touch of lactose.

Dose 0,44l: Bernstein, deutliche Trübung, feinperlig, sehr kräftiger + sehr stabiler mittelporiger Schaum; fruchtige + leicht würzige Nase, leichte Süße, exotische Früchte, Zitrusnoten, Mango, Papaya, Honigsmelone, kräutrige Hopfennoten, leichte Säure, florale Noten, recht erdig, Malz, Getreide, Hafer, Laktose, kräftige Hefearomen, malzig-fruchtige Bitterkeit; sehr fruchtiger + würziger Körper, kräftige Süße, würzige Hopfenaromen, exotische Früchte, Mango, Papaya, Maracuja, kräutrige Noten, etwas Pinie, Malz, Getreide, kräftig Hafer, cremig, moderate Kohlensäure, Hefearomen, Laktose; fruchtig-würziger Nachgang

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor, Long moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Mild grainy beginning. Easy to drink, grainy hop oily with a moderate bitter ending. Grain there, earthy hops, fruity finish with hints of plums.

14-04-21 // 440ml can. Sweeter light candied yellow fruits. Soft mouthfeel and low bitterness. Tastes easy and great. Too lazy for more indepths notes. But once again a great SR beer.

44cl can. A slightly hazy white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, mango, juice, yeast. Taste of tropical fruits, apricot, yeast, yellow fruits, nice.

Vollmundiger, fruchtig hopfiger. Wenig herb, was zum Mittelteil leicht ansteigt, frisch, minimal bitter. Intensiv hopfig bleibend, ziemlich süffig, langer hopfiger Abgang. Gut. 10/9/11/12/12/12
