Many thanks to Cunningham for a 330ml bottle of this one. Shared with Finn early on a Saturday afternoon. Firm off-white head that laces well. Almost coal black in the glass. Promising, roasted brown malts on the nose, mid-dry. Decent taste of nuts, dark dough, and chocolate, the modest chili part kicks in towards the finish. Easy to drink, and a bit thin on the swallow, but quite alright. (Tromsø 10.04.2021).

Spandert av Cunningham. Delt med Rune i WCveien. Svart. Mokkafarget skum med litt farge. Litt lacing. Aroma av vanilje & kaffe. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken sjokolade - og chili. Etterhvert. Overdøvende.

A really pleasant and tasty beer at this alcohol level Black pour and a fine tan head Good intensity in the aroma Balanced sweetness and bitterness Dark malt, some roast, chocolate and a mild fine chili sting in the back [Bottle bought at The Brewery]
