Een klassieke Weizen met een bite, herkenbaar aan de geur van banaan en kruidnagel. De speciale hoppen als Hercules, Mosaic en Amarillo geven het bier een verfrissende twist.

330ml bottle. Hazy, orangey golden colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, typical Mosaic notes of mango, passion fruit, some papaya, a touch of blood orange, wheaty malty background. Taste is dry, slightly bitter, tropical fruity hoppy, slightly diluted and per carbonation disabled hints of passion fruit and mango, wheaty malty background, a touch of banana leaves, minimally mineral and chalky finish. Slightly watery texture, slightly overcarbonated. Session IPA-like slackening or even deficiency of fruit flavours in the finish. Nevertheless quite nice overall.
