On cask at Ushers. Appearance - opaque black with a thin crema head. Nose - limeade and strangely toffee. Taste - proper bitter lime going into lime pickle. Still a returning toffee note. Palate - light bodied with a lean texture and a long lean sour tangy finish. Overall - great. Love it.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2016 - London. Pours Deep brown with a slight, foamy head. Tangy berries in the nose, some dark malts, zesty lime. Light sweet flavour with cleansing citrusy tang, juicy lemon, understated dark malts, some salty bite. Light-medium bodied with fine carbonation. Quenching finish with more lemony tartness, salt, light alcohol warmth. Good stuff.
