Średli kellerbier ze srednia piana, ale fajnym i mocnym zmetnieniem. odcien koloru ciemnej pomaranczy ladnie sie precentuje w kuflu. Ale ze smakiem jest gozej. zly nie jest ale malo wyrazisty i sprawia wrazenie rozwodnionego. piwo to jest z landu hesjii ale powiem szczerze ze bawaria chyba przoduje we wszystkich stylach z wszystkich landow niemieckich. ladna etykieta.

Das Bier beginnt frisch mit einer milden Getreidenote, diese wird nach und nach etwas stärker. Ab dem Mittelteil erscheint eine leichte Fruchtnote, die aber schnell von einem hopfigen, leicht säuerlichen Aroma überdeckt wird. So frisch, wie das Bier startet, endet es auch, Das Getreide hat sich wieder in den Vordergrund gestellt, hinzugekommen ist eine unterstützende Gewürznote. Süffiges und harmonisches Zwickl. (Bottle at One Pint Pub Augustfest ’10) This was an interesting experience. The first time I expericne a Kellebier which is better when the sediment isn’t poured in. This rating is without most of the sediment. Poured pale golden and cloudy. Head was medium sized and white. Aroma contained grass and grain. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were dried hay. grain, grass, malts, mildly fruitiness and medium bitterness. Aftertaste was grainy and bitter. With more sediment the rating was 5-3-6-2-10=2.6.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and slight cornish. Bitter hoppy and roasted malty. Slight grassy and dry into the finish.

Bottle @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg. Pours clear copper with a small white head on top. Nose and taste is grassy and fruity with a touch of caramel. Medium bodied. Ends dry.

(bottle) Hazy, deep golden to amber colour with a copper shine and a big and tanned foamy head. Moderately sweet and yeasty cara-malty aroma with shy fruity notes. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Cara-malty, slightly bready taste with shy herbal notes; sweet and faint bitter finish. Great looking and quite aromatic brew that tastes rather average. 10.XII.09
