This ale was crafted using traditional barley, wheat malts, and fermented with a mixed culture blend consisting of Belgian Saison yeast and multiple strains of Brettanomyces. The use of El Dorado Hops in a late kettle addition and a large dry-hop dose brings forward flavours and aromas of tropical fruit, pineapple, and mango. The sensory profile is then complemented by the peppery Saison yeast character and the slight funk brought forth by the Brettanomyces strains.

Very nice bleach white foam on a stormily carbonated medium clear gold body. The aroma has heavy notes of yeast and banana, not very bright though. Taste is more banana, plenty of yeastiness, soft grain funk. A little cloying aftertaste though. A mixed bag.
