Blended with Saskatoon berries to give it a light blush character while still being Seriously Dry. This one had more tannic and astringent character but is still highly crushable.

Kind of a coppery rosé body and okay foam. Slight apple sweetness, vague berry skin. Flavour is tart apple with some sour berry, slight butter. Good carbonation but otherwise a little thin. Okay but pretty underwhelming in all departments.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear blonde, no head. Aroma brings out light ros� notes, with crisp apples and light wild yeast. Flavour is crisp, with gently acidic apples, ros� wine notes, and apple skins. Nicely made, but nothing special.
