Dry, golden and refreshing.
Third Circle Saison is an old world farmhouse ale with a new world twist. Using a distinctive Saison yeast, it has the refreshing, fruity flavour of a Belgian ale blended with the aroma of carefully selected new world hops. It is tasty, fruity and, in keeping with the farmhouse ale and Saison style, a real thirst-quencher.
Ingredients: Malted barley, malted wheat, oats, medium crystal, Saphir, Cascade and El Dorado hops, Saison yeast.

Amber, hazy, large frothy white head
Aromaid spicy, soft peppery, yeast, soft sweet fruits
Taste of spicy hops, peppery hops, yeast, soft light sweet fruity malt, good flavour
Palate - Medium carb and body, bitter hops, light sweet background. Finish is quite dry, fairly bitter hops, peppery, yeasty, dry bitter peppery tail
Overall - Well put together saison

Bottle from Martins. Honey gold with a minimal head. Aroma of dough. Flavour is ginger, herb, clove, dry spicy finish.
