Razzbeer is a zingy sour aged on dried birds eye chillies with lots of lovely raspberry purée and concentrate to balance. The result is a vibrant beer with lots of fruit on the nose, a tart body and a nice warming finish. Pretty in pink!

Can at home, 09/02/18. Faded crimson pour with a well presented off white covering that retains well. Nose is light red berry sherbets, straw, grains, hint of balsa wood, trace of white peppery spice. Taste comprises light cherry skins, tangy red berry, faint wood must, damp straw, very subtle acidity. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a modest puckering kiss. Passable simple sour ... better than I'd expected given some of the previous scores!

330ml can. Milky, orangey colden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Tart-ish and sweet-ish raspberry aroma, cautious hints of chili. Taste is mildly tart, fruity, notes of raspberry, a minimally metallic touch in the finish, slowly accumulating peppery spiciness due to the adjunct chili; light, narrow, quite watery. Nice mixture, needs some more flesh on the bones.
