Dirt is a blend of two brews produced on 14th July and 22nd October 2017. Munich, Vienna, Crystal & Rye malts were chosen to create two red/brown coloured worts, which were fermented in red Bordeaux barrels. This beer has low carbonation to give a soft mouthfeel. It was kept in bottle for 6 months prior to release, allowing the flavours to mature.

Sample @ blåbaer queue. Earthy, malty and slightly funky with some farmyard and oak. Okay.
