Prototyp #1 – Rubin Eisbock: Die Nummer 1 unserer Prototypenserie ist eine Malzbombe mit wunderbar dunkelroter Farbe. Reiche Karamell- und Biskuitaromen im Antrunk gehen in wärmende Alkoholnoten über. Klassisch gebraut und durch Eis-Destillation auf satte 7,2% gepimpt.
Prototype #1 - Rubin Eisbock: The first beer in our prototype series is a smooth malt bomb with a wonderfully dark red color. Rich caramel and biscuit aromas in the initial taste turn into warming alcohol notes. Classically brewed and pimped to a whopping 7.2% ABV by ice distillation.

24-04-21 // 330ml can. Rubin and Eisbock? Thats Schorschbräu! And an Eisbock with 7.2%? Shady BrewDog, shady! - a good malt forward Doppelbock though. Not too sweet either. Caramel forward.

Mild holzig-herber Beginn. Geringe Würzigkeit, Karamell, süffig. Weich, steigend malzig, geringfügig bitter. Trockenes Mundgefühl, mittellanger Abgang. Nett. 10/9/10/10/8/10
