Prototype # 2 - Rauchbier: Der zweite Prototyp der neuen Serie BrewDog Berlin ist ein Rauchbier mit 5,6% - unsere Interpretation des fränkischen Klassikers. Kein Schickimicki - nur sehr bodenständig und ehrlich. Die rauchigen Aromen sind dominant, aber nicht überdeckend, und lassen somit Raum für den Hopfen. Spezialmalze verleihen dem Bier eine gewisse Süße und Vollmundigkeit. Ein Muss für jeden Fan dieses Bierstils.

Süffiger, weich rauchiger Beginn. Milde Herbe, passende, nicht übermäßig starke Süße, weich. Spritzig, hohe Süffigkeit, geringe Bitterkeit. Spritzig, mittellanger Abgang, rund. Gefällt. 10/11/10/11/9/11
