CBHWS2025. Hazy reddish amber colour with a mediumsized longlasting head. Aroma is raspberries, some tartness, mild wood and a bit nutty tones. Flavour is raspberries, some other red berries and mild tart wood as well as some slight funky tones too. Nicely dry palate.

Canned 440ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Unclear red coloured, medium sized off-white head, candy raspberry nose. Syrupy raspberry PEZ candy taste with light sour finish. Seems artificial more or less.

Slightly hazy orange golden beer, no head. Aroma of sour strawberry, lacto. Taste of sour strawberries, lacto, zest easy to drink.

Can. Pours a nice red with initial frothy head. Aroma is fruity, sweet, and heavy on the raspberries. Medium body. Flavour is quite sour but balanced by a nice sweetness. Lots of raspberries. A very nice and drinkable sour that is simple and delicious with its pure raspberry focus.

Bottle, 5.0%. Distinct aroma of raspberry syrup with a mild and clean acid. The flavour is brownish red or reddish brown. Muddy. Good stable off-white head. The flavour is yoghurty with a mildly sweet raspberry note. Still some sweetness and raspberry in the finish, so that it does not dry out as some sours. Swelling mouthfeel.

33cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours between amber and pink, scarcely transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is intensely funky and fruity, raspberries and red currant. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium-high sour, with a little bit of astringency. Final is fairly and sour.
