Can. Pours a nice red with initial frothy head. Aroma is fruity, sweet, and heavy on the raspberries. Medium body. Flavour is quite sour but balanced by a nice sweetness. Lots of raspberries. A very nice and drinkable sour that is simple and delicious with its pure raspberry focus.

Bottle, 5.0%. Distinct aroma of raspberry syrup with a mild and clean acid. The flavour is brownish red or reddish brown. Muddy. Good stable off-white head. The flavour is yoghurty with a mildly sweet raspberry note. Still some sweetness and raspberry in the finish, so that it does not dry out as some sours. Swelling mouthfeel.

33cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours between amber and pink, scarcely transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is intensely funky and fruity, raspberries and red currant. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium-high sour, with a little bit of astringency. Final is fairly and sour.

Tap.Hazy dark orange colour with small head.Sroma of raspberry and lactose nice sweet with mild acid note sweet fruit with medium body.

Pink with a frothy, white head. Aroma full of raspberry jam and vanilla. Taste is intensely fruity, tart up front, almost sweet at the back with notes of both coconut and yeasty, white bread. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Refreshing. Comes together nicely. Good.

ABV: 5.0%. Murky milky - matt medium red colour with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, raspberry, frozen raspberry. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, raspberry, frozen raspberry, wheat, light dough. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211020]

Cloudy orange pink with a pink-tinged frothy white head and subtle raspberry on the nose. Medium bodied with a lovely tart raspberry flavour, pushing towards sour but the fruit sweetness dials it back a bit

Bottle from Tesco. A light hazed peachy pink coloured pour with a small light pink head. Aroma is nice big tart woody fresh raspberry fruit, green berries, tart yogurt, pithy yogurty funk. Flavour is composed of tart prickly raspberry, pithy yogurt funk, mineral, salt, woodland fruit. tangy. citric acid. Palate is super tart, prickly, sour, highish spritzy carbonation. Nice fruit character. bit prickly.
