Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Sour, citrus, funk, tart, vinegar.
Body: Light body, medium carbonation.

Bottled, at AndySnow tasting. Cloudy straw colour, small head. Aroma of vinegar and white wine. Tart with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Lemon and vinegar. Some wood and grass.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a clear, pale yellow with a small, white head. Complex, tart aroma - acetobacter? Bananaish. Light body, sweet' n' tart and oddly refreshing. Like a miniscule Lambic. 300621

Flaska från ICA Möllan, Malmö. Disig ljusgul vätska med lågt vitt skum. Frisk syrlig och funkig doft, citrus, håller med om referensen till Iris. Lätt syrlig och funkig, bra balans, känns inte som en kompromiss med låg alkoholhalt utan riktigt bra. Gott

Flaska från Ica Maxi Lindhagen. Ljusgul och lite disig. Doftar lite som cantillon iris, syrligt med humle. Syrlig, oväntat fyllig för alkoholhalten, lime, stall och humle.
