Bottle. Pours a dull gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma has dank passionfruit with some tart guava and a hint of apricot underlying. Flavor has passionfruit and apricot upfront with a growing funky tart guava note through the beer.

12.7 oz corked and caged. Aroma is peachy, passionfruit, floral, guava, lightly woody, white wine, matchsticks. Pours hazy orange with a small collapsing off white head. Taste is moderately sour (7/10), moderately sweet and a little savory, finishing with a light dry bitterness. The Brett influence is very light. It tastes pretty good, but it’s not living up to that amazing aroma.

375 c&c from Tavour. Pours translucent gold with a slight white head. Mildly sour aroma of citrus and passion fruit. Med body or so. Flavor is mildly sour passion fruit with oak astringency and some citrus notes. Earthy, not exactly funky. Guava. Maybe apricot. Dry. This is flavorful. Flavors are not weak. The sour is quite approachable. Delicious/excellent.
