Bottle at pork n roll, rome. Hazy yellow, white head aroma is wheaty, little bit farty , herbs. Flavor is fresh matly eheaty clean faint lemongrass. A bit sweet for a witbier but very tasty and easy drinking , it tastes bit sweet but also very dry. Good stuff.

All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma cremosa ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è appare velato e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è fine. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il tetto della bocca porta indizi di miele, frumento, agrumi, bergamotto e limone.

Pale yellow, a middle sized head recedes quite quickly and leaves a bit of lacing. Aroma has a white bread base, strong lemon/lemon peeland classic witbier spiciness. Taste follows the aroma, with lemon more prominent than usual for the style and an overall not too refined feeling. Light bodied with medium to high carbonation, goes down smooth and easy. Does it's job of being refreshing in a hot summer evening, and that's all.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale yellow with average white foam, fine. Aroma is grainy, a little lemony and partially spiced. Body is light with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter with some underlying sweetness. Finish is average.
