Tap @ Mikkeller Bar Helsinki 3.7.2021. Poured light red wine like color. Getting some redbeet notes at first in aroma. Sourness, black currant notes and hint of vinegar. Also funky notes. Balanced, interesting. Me liked a lot

Hazy red with a lasting white head. Aroma of red berries with hints of funk, wood and cocoa. Dry and very tart blackcurrant flavour.

75 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange, shortlived white head. Aroma is fruity. Light wooden. Sour fruity. Juicy. Distinct blackcurrant. Lingering fruity and light wineous. Smooth fruity far finish. Light chocolate note.

Bottle. Shatred with Sir Alex. 75cl. Pours hazy deep reddish with a white foam. Wood and funk at first but the jammy baghaven fruityness kicks in after several twirls and as it warms a bit. Red berries and blackurrant. Tart and dry finish with a touch of funk. It's cool but nowhere near batch 1.

750ml bottle. Tart, funky and sourish with some blackcurrant juice, cocoa nibs and coffee notes. A bit untypical but works surprisingly well.
