Hazy dark golden with a disappearing white head. Aroma of tropical fruit and flowers, with funky notes and faint hints of earthy mushroom and vinegar. Dry and tart fruity flavour with earthy and funky notes. You wouldn't notice mushroom if you didn't know, it's just like a geuze with an earthy character. Brilliant.
