Tap. Clear copper color with white head. Aroma is ginger, christmas spices. Taste is gingerbread indeed, pickled ginger. Surprisingly clean ginger finish. Oily mouthfeel. Alright!

On keg at Cold Town. Appearance - light brown. Thin lacing. Nose - big ginger and cake notes. Taste - more ginger cake, with some other sweet spices lurking. Maybe nutmeg. Palate - medium bodied and tangy. Tangy and crunchy finish. Overall - good. But I'd have loaded this as Spice / Herb / Vegetable , Stuu!
