Keg @ Cold Town, Edinburgh. Clear dark golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light buttery and light hoppy - marmalade. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 160419

Keg at the brewpub. Pours clear golden, nose is popcorn, caramel, floral, taste is sweet toffee, grassy, malty.

Tap. Clear golden color with small white head. Aroma is a bit buttery, pale malts, Topfen. Taste is a bit buttery, pale malts, some grapefruit. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Ok.

On keg at Cold Town. Appearance - golden with a proportionate head. Light haze. Nose - metallic, sweet and slightly musty. Taste - sweet, again lightly metallic. Something salty going on too. Palate - light bodied and fairly dry. Overall - could be fresher.

Keg at Cold Town House. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of orange, light sweet malt. Taste is creamy, more orange, but not fresh exactly. Same mouthfeel as the lager. Slightly more bitter.
