This New England style DIPA is a beast, but not in a "lurking in the shadows, evil" kind of way; in a "flavour explosion, delicious hops," GOOD Monster kind of way! Double dry hopped with 24g/L of Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo; notes of tropical mango and passionfruit, juicy peach, and bright orange, lemon, and grapefruit shine!

473ml can. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with yeast particles that sink to the bottom and a small, foamy, short lived, off-white head that laces. Sweet fruity aroma of grainy pale malt, grapefruit rind, orange, pineapple, guava, mango, peach, earthy yeast and piney hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready pale malt, grapefruit rind, blood orange, lemon, pineapple, peach, guava, mango, earthy yeast and pine resin in a dry, bitter, hoppy finish. Medium body with a soft, sticky, oily texture and average carbonation. Delicious and very enjoyable. ABV is well hidden, making this dangerously easy to drink.

Can at home, pre barbecue, 6th June 2021. Pours a yellow orange haze. Aroma is citrus, orange, grapefruit. Taste is mandarin, orange, grapefruit, clean, really well made, and highly drinkable with a bitter pithy grapefruit finish. I could session this muck

From a 473ml can on 30/5/2021. Pours a cloudy light golden with a smallish head. The nose is quite zesty and citrussy. Has a good deal of sweet orange up front, but also features some mango and peach. Finishes with a firmish bitterness, with quite a bit of grapefruit and lemon.Has a silky mouthfeel with moderate to average carbonation. Bold yet balanced. Excellent.

ABV: 8.0%. Murky medium yellow colour with a average, frothy - fizzy and open, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, dusty, moderate hoppy, guava - mango - passion fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, minerals, dusty, fruity hops - tropical fruit, guava - mango - passion fruit, dry, mouthcoathing. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210528]
