New version without brett. The old version with brett was brewed at the brewery in Denmark and should be added there.

Captain’s Log: I’m a sucker for sunshine. You know, that old man at the beach, brown like chocolate wearing nothing but speedos who’s always there when the sun is out? That’s me. That’s how much I love the sun. Right now I’m just bathing in sun rays at around 35,000 degrees celcius. I can almost lick the sun. Life is good.

Bottle 33 cl. ours a clear yellow with a lacing, white head. Very subdued aroma, subtle spruce bubble bath lotion. Medium body, a dry fruitiness but very distinct spruce notes and the odd, bubblegummish notion they add. Bitter finish. Really should be listed as a Flavored Ale due to the heavy impact from the spruce. 180321

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy golden, mid sized head. Aroma of goosberry and lychee. Quite sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Mango and lychee, some mirabelles. Resinous bitter finish.
