Continuing our adventures in West Coast IPA, this edition sees us on the trail of more of those zesty, piney flavours. Cascade, Simcoe, Columbus and HBC472 all play a role. Floral and peppery notes complement the zestiness. We get big flavours of seville orange marmalade, before a crisp, dry finish, with a delicate but persistent bitterness. Why the name? "The answer is right there in front of you", like looking everywhere for your mask when it's right there under your nose. Or forgetting to remove your mask before bringing this brew to your mouth.
