Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is firm roasted malt with chalk, some liquorice, espresso, dark chocolate, touch of ash. Flavour is pretty bitter with a light to mild sweetness. Body is medium. Good Stout, nicely roasty, bitter and chalky.

De nuevo confusión y desconcierto con el contenido alcohólico de las cervezas Brouwhoeve, 6'5% indica en su ficha de Ratebeer, 5'5% en Brewver, 7% en su página web y 6% señala en la botella (????????)...
Servida en pinta inglesa, color negro opaco, espuma beige oscuro de media-baja retención. En nariz notas tostadas y café expreso. En boca malta torrefacta, chocolate puro, algo de achicoria, toque de ceniza. Es mayormente amarga y torrefacta, seca. No esta mal

Flesje gedeeld met Tomhendriksen. Zwart bier met mooie beige schuimkraag. Aroma van gebrande mout. Smaak is rokerig en licht moutig. Nasmaak is iets bitter maar trekt snel weg.

Fles gedeeld met Inoven. Het is een diep donkerbruin tot zwart bier met een volle bruine schuimkraag. Het heeft een drop en salmiak achtige geur. De smaak is salmiak en koffie achtig.

Color negro con espuma tostada que rápido desaparece. Aroma a maltas tostadas y regaliz. Sabor amargo, notas intensas a café expreso y regaliz. Final amargo, astringente.
