The third instalment of The Voyage Within series has a hit of El Dorado and Citra in the whirlpool, which is intensified by a potent double dry-hop of Strata, Galaxy and Mosaic.

Can. Hazy gold beer, good head, a very pale cream colour. Smooth palate, airy and a little dry, good fine crispness. Fluffy if slightly thin malts, a very light creamy sweetness. Hops bring a light but persistent spice that nibbles away on your tongue. Piney citrus peel way underneath some floral and slightly candyish fruits. Trace of pineapple in there. A flinty hop spicy finish. Nicely done. A little less flinty would have made it great.

Can @ Home. Pours murky yellow with a white head, light lacings. Aroma of light malt, rich fruity hops, tropical fruit, peach, mango, citrus, grapefruit. Flavor is sweet, light bitter, malt, fruity hops, juicy tropical fruit, citrus. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, sweet light bitter finish. 251020

Tap@Fermentoren, Copenhagen (19/09/2020) - very hazed up orange coloured pour with a white head. Vibrant fruity with a plethora of tropical fruity notes delivered, pineapple, papaya, with some grapefruit and lemon citrus undertones, soft malts, pillowy soft mouthfeel, robust hoppy finish. Gorgeous.
