The third instalment of The Voyage Within series has a hit of El Dorado and Citra in the whirlpool, which is intensified by a potent double dry-hop of Strata, Galaxy and Mosaic.
The aroma is a plethora of fruit and terpine. Notes of heavy pineapple and candied fruit give you visions of tangy tropical sweets.

440ml can from LowCostBeer; BB 9th Apr 2021, drank at home on 9th Jun 2021, so two months later than it's BBD. Cloudy dull yellow body, white head with lacing. Viscous mouth feel, heavy on citrusy hops and semi-sweet maltiness; liked it!

Lekker hoor

Double dry hopped double IPA (“DDH DIPA”) shared by Meeki, cheers! Medium thick, snow white, creamy, moussy head on a milky yolk-yellow beer with beige tinge – the classic fruit smoothie look. Dank and expressive aroma of moist marijuana, overripe onions, pineapple, ripe peach, dough, frying olive oil, herb cheese spread, wet clay. Fruity, juicy onset, sweet, pineapple, mango, lychee – with a light lime-like sourish edge, very citrusy; soft carb, creamy mouthfeel. Doughy, sweetish maltiess under dank and fruity, sultry, ‘heavily’ aromatic hoppiness: mango, tropical citrus, pineapple but some sweat and marijuana as well. The sweetness sticks a bit in the very end, where the alcohol becomes somewhat noticeable too, though not in a disturbing manner. Dank, sultry example of a hazy DIPA, perhaps a bit too much on the sweet side, and could do with a more ‘spritzy’ and zesty citrusiness as well.
