Traditional best bitter with a defined, rich mouthfeel, balanced with an almost sweetly hoppy flavours. We use Northdown hops for both bitterness and aroma, which gives a clean counterpoint to the power of the malt and a balanced fruity finish.

ABV: 4.2%. Clear light dark brown amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, nutty, dusty, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, dusty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171014]
