We took our Kettle Soured Wheat Ale and added in some raspberry puree and fresh lemon zest. The result is a vibrant pink colour with flavours that blend perfectly. This is a tart, fruity and refreshing brew perfect for a sunny day.

5oz pour at brewery. Pours murky reddish pink. Flavour has raspberry jam, chewy malts. Flavour has raspberries, tough grass, bitter unripe finish.

Pours a nice orangey pink with bigly foam. Pretty good raspberry on the nose, slight lemon. Flavour is a bright raspberry with slight lemon notes and a good wheat grain backbone. Dry finish. Working very well.
