When you can see the Northern Lights, it's a Windfall. This small-batch cider was fermented with the traditional Norwegian farmhouse yeast "Kviek" (Kuh-Vike) a vibrant northern yeast that loves apples!!

Appearance - 2 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6
Pours a very tepid pale straw with minimal foam. Soft apple on the nose, slightly sweet, nothing else coming through. Flavour is soft apple, mellow sweetness, soft yeast backbone lingers. Full finish, but could use more carbonation. Drinkable but nothing stands out.
