Encore sees us combining two of our favourite types of brew – Farmhouse Ales and Sours. Brewed with Grains of Paradise for peppery and citrusy notes, you can expect a dry, slightly sour Saison, with just a subtle tartness to compliment the Saison yeast. A pop of flavour, perfect for spring.

473mL can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, light citrus, and biscuity malt. Flavour expresses the saison yeast nicely, with floral notes, gentle esters, gentle tartness, and a touch of citrus. A little spicy and peppery on the finish. Good stuff.

Okay foggy yellow body and medium foam. Lots of banana on the nose, slight citrus, chewy grain. Flavour is more banana, soft peppery grain, and a little bit of thin sourness to smooth it over. Full and slightly refreshing. Not bad, quite conservative though.
